In August 2023, a new magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanner was delivered to Tübingen University Hospital and has now been installed in the basement of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. This means that neuroscientific MRI research has finally arrived in the "valley", making studies much more convenient. This will provide the opportunity for many new projects and collaborations. On December 4, 2023, an opening ceremony was held with a reception and a tour of the facilities.
