Around 20 participants from various DZPG partner sites took part in the exchange, some attending in person and others joining online. The discussions focused on the future responsibilities of the Central Trialogical Board and its collaboration with the PPI Infrastructure.
One of the key topics of the meeting was the user-initiated project EMPOWER, in which researchers and experts by experience work together to investigate how self-help can be successfully achieved. The launch of EMPOWER is planned for summer 2026.
A central conclusion after four intensive working days was that experts by experience are actively involved in numerous DZPG projects, working groups, and infrastructures. After nearly five years, participation has become firmly established within DZPG.
Sincere thanks go to all volunteers whose commitment contributed to the success of the meeting.
